Bio

Terry has actively practiced law in Indiana and Illinois since 1975. A grounded upbringing resulted in a strong work ethic that he projects to the rest of our legal team. His philosophy is to do what you believe in, engage in the effort to accomplish it and straight talk. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation and trial work representing accident victims and their families in the federal and state courts. He has many reported cases at both the trial and appellate court levels. As a trial lawyer he believes that the best case is an honest case. He is a sustaining member of the Indiana Trial and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
